– Welcome to Manas Rabbit Home Stay. When you book and stay at our homestay, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions stated here forth. Please take time to read them so as to have a safe and enjoyable stay.

1. Booking and Reservation Policy

• Reservations are accepted online, over the phone, or through email.
• A booking is confirmed when an advance payment has been made as indicated during the reservation.
• The Remaining Balance Should Be Paid During Check-In.
• Rates may increase without prior notification to customers, however, that does not apply to already confirmed reservations.

2. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in Time: [Specify the Time i.e. 1:00 PM]
• Check-Out Time: [Specify the Time i.e. 11:00 AM]
  An early check-in or a late check-out can be arranged on request and subject to availability, extra charges may apply.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Full refunds are offered for cancellations made prior to the 7 days of the check-in date.
• Cancellations that are done within the period of 15 days before the date of check-in may attract a cancellation fee.
• No refunds are given in cases of no-show or cutting the visit short.

4. On Guest Responsibilities

• The Guests shall be liable for any damage caused to the property or items in the place of Homestay during their accommodation period, and they will be charged as well.
• There is a designated outdoor area where smoking is allowed. Smokers are not allowed to smoke in their rooms.
  In consideration of all the guests, there shall be quiet hours imposed within 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Guests must kindly abstain from any disturbing behaviour towards other guests, staff, and the local demographics.

5. Children & Extra Guests

• A child aged less than  5 years and not occupying an extra bed will be accommodated free of charge.
• An extra charge may be incurred for additional occupants, but it’ll be in accordance with the occupancy limits of the room.
• Perhaps, additional beds or other services will be requested beforehand.

6. Pets

Pets may be accommodated only with prior consent. In such instances, cleaning fees may be charged.

7. Personal Belongings & Liability

• The management, Manas Rabbit Home Stay, will not be responsible for any loss, theft or, damage of any property belonging to the guests. All guests shall ensure safety for their belongings.
• It is advisable for the guests to lock the room and place any valuables in the safe if one is provided.
• The homestay management reserves the right to refuse to render services to any person who breaches these policies or acts in a disruptive manner that threatens the safety and peace of other guests.

8. Use of Facilities

• All guests shall be responsible in the use of all the homestay facilities.
• Management reserves the right to recover any cost arising from damage attributable to guests’ misappropriation of facilities.

9. Force Majeure

Manas Rabbit Home Stay cannot be held liable for cancellation or interruption where it arises due to reasons outside of its control including but not limited to earthquakes, pandemics, and government intervention.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of  Assam, India. For any irregularities, the reference will be made to the local courts.
